so, after much deliberation it has been decided that because the show has both clit and anus in it as well as other 'ditties' that it is a NR 17 show...I guess those two words haven't made it into the 'family' vocabulary, right?

First Reading!

Tonight at 6:30 pm the cast/crew/designers/composers all will gather to hear the show that we've worked months on - '69 the sexual revolution musical. Video/photos to come soon!

CASTING COMPLETE

I'm proud to announce that casting is COMPLETE!!! Connor Bond has joined the cast of '69 - the sexual revolution musical as the 'young' "Actor # 4" opposite Courtney Freed. NOW, the work really begins!

Casting almost complete

Gary Cash has just signed on to play Actor # 2 in the musical. Mead Hunter has completed his review of the show and states, "this is going to be such a fun production"!
Jump on board, this musical is about to take off!

Script

What fun it is to work on a new musical! Marv Ross sent some script ideas, with that, and other suggestions...there's been some rewrites on the script. Who knew having a show called '69 would truly take our heads back to 'the pill' and we're not talking Viagra!, Coffee, Tea or Me (such a great self help book) and of course, Midnight Cowboy. More to come....

Stephen Alexander one of the composers just yesterday finished another song for '69 it's called We'll be fine...its about the SIZE of um...'organs'. Check it out on his Facebook page!

New Songs

We are down to the wire for all the songs to be done for the show.
Marv Ross just handed me two more...the additional opening song: 1969 and one in the middle of the show: Perverts (all around us). It has been such a pleasure working with Marv and then getting demo's where Rindy has sang the leads! What fun. I'll try to start putting snippets on the blog...once I figure out how to do that!

Creation of Show

triangle productions! is beginning a new adventure. Back in 2006 Founder Don Horn wrote a new musical entitled EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SEX*but were afraid to ask.
It was adapted from the Dr. Rueben book from 1969. A couple days ago it was decided to change the title to: '69 - the sexual revolution musical. It allows us to include more of the 1950 and 1960's self help books like The Joy of Sex!

Here is the adventure on as we say, from page to stage.
